If you have a problem with your puchased item that hasn't been resolved by our Customer Service team, you may send the product back. The first step is to fill out the form below in full. We will then respond via email within three days with instructions on how to return the product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. We will not refund products that have been damaged as a result of insufficient packaging. We request that you use a protective outer box to prevent damage occurring during transport. The refund firstly needs to be approved before the product is returned.
